Field types explained

Text Field: For name, address, email, phone number. Checkbox: For yes/no choices like terms accepted. Radio Button: For choosing one option from a group like gender. Flatten option – what does it mean?

If you keep the form editable, the recipient can still change the filled values. If you enable Flatten, all filled values become part of the PDF page itself and cannot be edited later. Flatten is recommended for final submission, job applications and government forms where you want your data to be locked.
