Why invert PDF colors?

White background PDFs are harsh on eyes in dark environments. An inverted dark PDF is easy on eyes, saves ink when printing negative style and is good for night reading and presentation. The tool rebuilds pages as images with inverted colors, so you get true dark background with light text.

Important note about text

After inversion, original selectable text becomes an image, so the output PDF is not searchable. This is normal for all color-inverted PDFs because colors are inverted at image level. Keep your original PDF if you need searchable text later.
