Layouts explained

2-up: 2 pages per sheet – best for reading and saving paper. 4-up: 4 pages per sheet – compact notes for revision. 6-up and 8-up: Very compact handouts for large documents. 9-up: Maximum saving – 9 pages on 1 sheet for draft review. Choose orientation – portrait for vertical pages, landscape for wide content.

How to create N-up PDF

  1. Upload your PDF – file size and page count shown instantly.
  2. Choose pages per sheet – 2, 4, 6, 8 or 9-up layout.
  3. Select paper size – A4 is standard, A3 for large prints.
  4. Choose orientation – Portrait or Landscape.
  5. Set outer margin and gap between mini pages in mm.
  6. Choose page order – Left to Right or Top to Bottom.
  7. Enable border if needed, check output estimate and click Create N-up PDF to download.
