How to sign PDF

  1. Upload PDF – original preview, size and pages count shown.
  2. Choose signature type – Draw and sign with mouse/touch then clear if needed, or Type name and choose font style, or Upload signature image PNG/JPG.
  3. Choose Apply Signature To – Single Page enter page number 1-{pageCount}, Custom Pages enter 1,3,5-7, or All Pages.
  4. Choose Position – e.g. Bottom Right for signature, Bottom Center for common.
  5. Set Signature Size and Opacity sliders.
  6. Enter Output file name.
  7. Click Sign PDF – progress shown.
  8. See Signed PDF preview – final output preview with ready badge, signed pages list, Download Signed PDF button.
  9. Download – signed pages count and output size shown.
